Maritime History Research Resources

The North Carolina Maritime History Council is pleased to make these resources available to researchers into the maritime history of the southeastern United States.

• List of Masters Theses defended by students from the East Carolina University (ECU) Program in Maritime Studies. Copies of these works can be found in the holdings of ECU's Joyner Library.
• List of Ships Built in North Carolina from Colonial Times to circa 1900.
